Media and Images
Chapter 1
When Aaron acted out his anger, how was Hope able to reach him?
Why would she say, "You made an epic choice today. You chose to live with honor and courage!" How much value do you place on courage and honor? In what areas of life do you experience the opposites of those qualities: fear or worry and shame or guilt?
What value did Hope's introduction of physics and talking about the field in and around us offer in helping Aaron to move forward in a difficult situation?
What did you learn about your consciousness that was new or that sparked further reflection?
How do you learn from nature?
How would you answer Hope if she asked you: "Are you ready to go deeply into the great mysteries?"
What did you learn from the story of Foamcrest?
What was your biggest takeaway from the first chapter?
What images or words linger in your mind? How could they be important in your life right now?
Chapter 2
Hope poses several questions to Aaron about destiny:
"How can we come to an understanding of our destiny, our purpose?
Even if we have glimpses of it, how will we get there?
With whose help can it be fulfilled? Could there be a powerful force at this minute reaching out its hand to each of us?
Are we reaching out to it with the innocence and openness of a child — poised and standing in wonder at the threshold of a whole new way of perceiving and experiencing the magnificence of our life?"
What parts(s) of Valor's story could be applied to your life right now?
Is there anything you recall about the stories of Valor, the cat named Cyrus, or Michelangelo that offered insights into your own destiny?
How can you use your insights going forward?
The chapter ends with Aaron's questions. Considering Hope's explanation that destiny was organized information within the infinite field that she can affect by her thoughts, words and actions: How would you answer Aaron? when he asked, Did the field, the invisible space around him, bring Hope and. him together? Hope said she was on the path with him. Did that happen randomly or was it a synchronicity based on the intense, heartfelt desire that he sent out into the field?
Chapter 3
Aaron learns martial arts — for what purpose? What aspects of ancient arts and practices are relevant in modern times? What qualities did Sabum Nim bring to his teaching style that would motivate and encourage students? What qualities did you notice in Aaron that began to play a new role in his life?
Hope reminds Aaron that she told him there is a reason for his birth and that she can take him into a comprehensive journey into life — all aspects, inner and outer. She adds that he must be committed and have a heartfelt interest to stay on this new path, "even if things get rocky."
Why would this commitment be important in "going the distance"?
What are the "rocks" that challenge personal and spiritual growth that you've encountered in your life?
Chapter 4
Hope introduces Aaron to ways of stilling is mind. Although this practice is often called "meditation," there are endless opportunities to settle ourselves so that we can become calm and still. What places or practices do you practice or could you implement to experience inner stillness?
As you listened to this video, what was your mind's response in accepting the slowdown and calm? If it tended to be restless, you can try again: this time, simply feel the mental field in and around your head descend gradually and naturally to rest in center of your chest — letting the heart field absorb that mental activity. Then the mind can become more still and you can feel your breath rising and falling like waves on an ocean — which becomes increasingly calm.
Notice during the day, if you stop and let your mental filed drift into the heart for a few minutes: How does that feel? What other practices do you have for calming the mind and opening to the heart—stopping to notice the wind on your face, leaves fluttering in the trees or the calm, coolness of winter and the brightness and heat of summer? What could become your practice into the heart that works for you and is fun to engage with?

Chapter 5
In this chapter, sound becomes important. Hope emphasizes its effect on our body, especially the brain, ears and nervous system.
You will hear seven different sounds on this recording: notice where you feel each sound in your body.
Which one is most pleasing? Which is discordant or jarring?
Why would Sophia emphasize this observation? What is it about the five senses that creates a portal into the inner senses, including the sixth sense, also called intuition?
What occurs in our environment that can make the connection to intuition and subtler layers of our being harder to connect with?
What would you want to create in your environment to support and encourage the opening to higher consciousness and your own capacity to live from a vaster, quantum level or reality?
Chapter 6
Taking moments during the day to become aware of the quantum spaciousness of eternity that you are and that exists within and around you is invaluable.
Going outside the mental space of judgments, conclusions, and beliefs can be one way to expand consciousness.
Rising to the mountaintop. or twenty-thousand foot view of life is one way to do that and moments of inner stillness is another opportunity.
What other ways can you employ in daily life to experience the infinite self that you are?
Watch this short video clip to the mountaintop and notice your state afterwards.
What value does this elevation have for your physical, mental, emotional aspects — and for your soul?
Chapter 7
In the process of evolving and elevating in personal and spiritual growth, there are astounding discoveries and mind-blowing revelations about the magnitude of what the world is really made of, who we are as infinite, quantum beings, and what role we play in our inconceivably expansive path through life.
At this point in the book, make a note of what Aaron has learned and in what ways you are seeing yourself and the entire Universe differently.
Hope says, "What these scientists began to question was that under the most fundamental level of existence there is one vast, underlying field of energy in which everything in the universe is connected to everything else like an invisible web or matrix of vibrating energy. It cannot be divided into separate, isolated, tiny parts. It is completely indivisible; unbound by time and space; a dynamic, unifying field, a web of inter-connection."
If you are part of this web, what does that say about you as a unique spot on that web? What are some advantages for being connected to everything visible and invisible everywhere in space?
Why does this higher viewpoint matter to you? How is it helpful to consider and question the magnitude of your infiniteness and awesome nature?

Chapter 8
Aaron has a dream that left him curious and feeling elevated in consciousness. As they discuss the dream, she invited Aaron to consider that dreams are a source of inspiration and wisdom. What were the details of his dream? Why did he feel uncomfortable about the temple being without windows? Why eleven horses and not ten? Her message was to look for his own meaning rather than jump to others to interpret the dream.
Hope says: "Albert Einstein’s description of space, ‘Physical objects are not in space, but these objects are spatially extended. In this way, the concept of empty space loses its meaning.’ Let that sink in for a minute. If he’s right, and it seems that he is, then who are you? What are you made of? What is space? What is it made of? Why is it important to know that you are an extension of space rather than a separate, solid form? Why does the interconnection with space matter?"
How many of the questions above can you answer?
Why is Albert Einstein's statement important to how you view reality? How does his statement relate to Hope's explanation about the fluid, vacuum space: where you are a small, spinning vortex of matter that forms within that space and remains spinning as part of it?
At this point in the book, Hope has introduced that the subtle aspects of a human being and the subtle body of light that we enter during sleep are no less important than the waking aspect of our personality's experience. Why is it important to acknowledge and observe our physical and our subtle aspects?
How much do you value your dreams? How could it be helpful for you to explore your dreams to better understand situations and feelings that come up in daily life? How much thought have you given to the fact that you are in a body of light as your consciousness spreads its wings every night? How is it helpful to explore this aspect of yourself?
Let the images below, of Aaron's dream, spark curiosity about your dreams and consider keeping a dream journal — ponder, wonder, open up, and let your heart soar into the vastness of you.
Chapter 9
Hope lets Aaron consider his interconnectedness to everyone and everything. She guides him to look at his relationships and the role he plays in them. It's all about energy and frequency. How he emanates is how he will relate to others. This is a huge topic and yet it is one of the most important explorations we can initiate.
In what ways did you relate to what Hope shared about personal responsibility? How would you respond if Hope asked you the same questions?
What is the value of the exercise she left Aaron with about emanation of his frequency as light? How would it be helpful for you to experience your thoughts, feelings and emotions flowing out into the unified field throughout the day? If you have experienced this phenomenon, how did it feel?
Hope says, "When you are conscious of the responsibility that you have in this process, you will not disrupt the flow of invaluable information by inputing of chaotic thinking which creates scattered, incoherent information to be derived into the field. A stable emotional state is critical so that your bio antennae is not disrupted by a wonky emotional state that causes incoherent heartbeats, hormone flow, brain wave patterns, and so forth. Hold the vision of coherent, vibrant waves of light, sound, and electromagnetism traveling smoothly to and from you."
What is the value for you, your friends, your country, the Earth, and the Universe if you follow her advice?
What is required of you to be able to adjust your bio antennae to the a coherent frequency?

Chapter 10
Michael said, "The feedback loop of information to and from the field is always happening. So consciousness or becoming self aware is the mechanism driving the feedback of information between the person and the field.” What is your answer to the following question:
Why is the state of your consciousness important when interacting with the field throughout the day. including when you meditate?.
If you would like to learn how Michael and David taught Aaron how to meditate, watch the video below. It is a simple process that's been used for millennia to allow the mind to become still and the light of pure consciousness to expand infinitely, without the confines of time or space. Enjoy some quiet time...

Chapter 11
As the chapter begins, Aaron describes his inner inquiry. By the end of the chapter, he was wondering about how he could be vibrating quantum energy — in the way that Hope described her experience with Shanti.
How could he be centered enough to be in flow in life?
Why had his master Plan not been revealed? How could he find out what it was?
Why was meditation and stilling his mind at various times of them day becoming more important to him?
In what ways are these questions relevant to all human beings? What ways has Hope offered Aaron to discover the answers?
After meditating and connecting with Shanti, Hope talks about the words that flowed into her consciousness:
"What I wrote surprised me. It was as though information in the feedback loop from the field was speaking to me. Shanti’s intelligence was part of the field and I was getting to tap into her innate nature. The download of information was clear. I did not understand everything about the creation of life, especially where horses are concerned."
What more did you learn about the feedback look with the field?
since animals have intelligence and interact with the field, how does this change or add to you understanding of the animals in your life?
What was new for you about the back hole-white hole view of reality that Hope described to Aaron?
How does this view help you to understand yourself on a deeper level?
How is it helpful to know about it?
Why does Hope repeat the value of the singularity or still point often? What value does connecting with this tiny point of potent power matter to you?

Chapter 12
As Aaron and Hope explore his family lineage and traits that are passed down, Aaron begins to look at the prism of his DNA.
What are the qualities that may have been passed down in your lineage from generation to generation? this includes traumas, fears, worries, and a strong capacity for uniting with others, getting along, and seeing wisdom in your fellow human beings?
Why would Hope want Aaron to explore this topic at this point in his life?
How does this exploration add a dimension to your exploration of automatic tendencies that you may express? How is it helpful to be aware of those tendencies?
(Music by Purple-Planet http://www.purple-planet.com)
Chapter 13
Hope and Aaron spoke about relationships in which he could be a victim of them or learn how to use interactions to grow. This is a complex subject and is triggering emotionally. Therefore, Hope did not sugarcoat Aaron's concerns.
She then tells him the story of the king who felt betrayed — before he reflected on his good fortune.
What parts of Hope's conversation with Aaron seemed relevant to you?
How could it help you to look even deeper into your role as victim as opposed to being the creator of your reality?
What impact did the story of the king have at this time in your life?

Chapter 14
Aaron is becoming more curious and applying what he's learned. Yet his situation in life remains frustrating.
From your experience, why would he be missing his dog so much?
In what ways was the story of Sophie helpful?
Was there anything about Sophie's story that related to your life situation now or in the past?
As Aaron matures even more in the years ahead, what practices and understandings has he cultivated that will help him to experience and emanate more of his infinite light? What will support him to do so when challenges arise?
As you watch the video below, notice what is possible when a human being grows and transforms — blossoming and evolving into their infinitely expanding potential.

Chapter 15
Hope continues to use reflection as a primary practice. How is it helping her? How is it helping Aaron?
What value do you see for taking time to reflect on your day, your response to triggering conversations, or the blessings that occurred, big or small?
What feelings come up when you sit quietly and reflect?
What benefits have you observed?

Aaron is reaching a point in his time with Hope that requires decisions and commitment.
What role do relationships play for him now as opposed to when he entered the juvenile facility?
What changed for him?
What have you learned from Aaron's journey?

Chapter 17
At this point in the book, Hope is working with Aaron's counselor.
How do you see Aaron going forward towards the next step in his destiny?
Aaron describes what he's learned from Hope. What have you learned from her?
Up to this point, what are your biggest takeaways from this book?
What would you like to explore further?
In your own words, what is the hidden light?
What value does it hold for you?

Chapter 18
In the unfathomable infinity of the vacuum field, this book is describing the awesome potential is each of us. How do you see yourself differently than when you began to read the book? What ways did you learn for how to connect with the invisible field, the 99% space in and around you?
Consider the topics covered and conversations that occurred between Aaron and Hope. What stands out as the most helpful to apply in your life? How can you incorporate that insight or practice into your life going forward?
In the video below, you will catch a glimpse of what's possible if you think of your infiniteness and the endless possibilities to create what you want most — in each and every moment of your life.

Epilogue
How did you feel while reading Aaron's letter?
What part(s) of the letter stood out to you as important in current times?
What did Aaron mention that was new for you and how is it potentially significant for your life and/or the future of humanity?
If we each applied the theme that Hope shared with Aaron to our life of kindness rather than aggression, what benefits would come from this kind of global, cultural shift?
Aaron mentions several themes and life lessons that he learned from his work with Hope. How did they help him to get to this new stage of his life? In what ways are his understanding and applications of his learning helpful to you right now?
Why is it important to know about new research and discoveries that are: kind, free and harmonize with the space all around us?
How could it be beneficial to access the vacuum space; allow for space travel using gravitational control as opposed to rocket fuel and thrust; and generate energy extraction from the vacuum space for our daily lives like fueling vehicles, homes, and businesses?
With free energy extracted from the 99% of space that is in and around us, there would be no need for roads so what would our landscape look like? How could we use the current airports in a new way?
If there was no fuel needed from drilling into the Earth and mining of minerals by scraping and digging deep in the Earth's surface, what long term benefits would that have for humans and the planet?
What are the benefits to humans and the Earth if there were no cords needed for any of our devices and no wires outside of buildings and inside homes and businesses for electricity, and no power plants (nuclear, hydroelectric, or coal)?
