At this stage in the Higher Octave series, we’re ready to enter the luminous terrain of the multidimensional self—a living truth already present within you.
For generations, our culture’s understanding of reality has been shaped by materialist science—an approach that has gifted us incredible insights, yet also left out the invisible layers of life. As new discoveries in quantum biology, field theory, and Consciousness research emerge, we begin to recover what was always here: a deeper, richer, multidimensional view of what it means to be human.
What if your energy field is a plasma-light geometry, flowing as part of the greater field that weaves all things?
Imagine this: You are a wave of subtle light nested in a lattice of consciousness.
You vibrate through layers—some visible, some subtle, while others are deeply internal. And when you tune into these more refined frequencies, reality begins to look, feel, and behave very differently.

Many sages, scientists, and sensitives across cultures and time have spoken of inner realms—nested fields of light where time behaves differently and new forms of intelligence appear.
From Anandamayi Ma‘s radiant inner world of bliss…
To indigenous shamans entering the dreaming layers of the Earth…
To Robert Monroe’s carefully recorded out-of-body journeys into higher dimensions…
These aren’t escapes from the world—they’re explorations of its hidden frequencies.
As Marshall Lefferts explains in Cosmometry, across scales—from atoms to galaxies—energy self‑organizes into:
- torus fields,
- nested geometries
- harmonic systems of motion
This helps you to see how your energy field is not a static form but a living, responsive structure. I recommend his groundbreaking book for anyone who wants to understand the quantum structure of yourself and the cosmos on a much deeper level.
Lefferts says:
“From the grandest to the smallest scales in the universe, there is one continuous flow of energy that finds greatest fractal coherence in the form of a torus.” — Marshall Lefferts, Cosmometry (2019)
This supports the view I am sharing of the human energy field as a torus‑shaped architecture of presence and tone.
In other words: the subtle geometry of your field is neither fantasized nor hypothesized. Throughout Reality it reflects the same structural order ranging from atoms to galaxies.
Exploring the Energetic Architecture of a Human Being
Imagine your body as more than just cells and skin—it is a prism, layered with subtle fields of light, plasma, and intention. Each human is a wave of plasma light on the lattice of the infinite ocean of the endless energy field itself.
Yet most layers of our being are frequency bands out of range for the physical body’s perception.

The Star Tetrahedron at the Heart Center
Often visualized inside the torus field structure, centered at the heart, the star tetrahedron is a sacred geometry believed to structure the light body. It represents balance between polarities—masculine and feminine, above and below, inner and outer. At the heart center, it harmonizes with your electromagnetic field, becoming a stabilizing force of presence, coherence, and multidimensional connectivity.
Fluid Geometries: Responsive rather than anchored
The star tetrahedron is just one of many forms that have been used to represent balance, motion, and harmony in the invisible energy fields that surround us. The tetrahedron is one of the simplest and most stable 3D forms.
Just like atoms arrange themselves into crystalline shapes—or plants grow in spiral patterns—many believe that our energy fields follow geometric laws. Sacred geometry is a way of exploring those patterns.
Geometries like the star tetrahedron are not rigid diagrams—they are living, luminous architectures that shift based on how you listen, breathe, relate, and become.
Fluid Geometries: Responsive Rather Than Anchored
Let’s unpack that:
What Do We Mean by State?
Your state is your current inner frequency—a blend of your emotions, nervous system tone, and overall felt-sense of being.
- A calm state feels spacious, open, and receptive.
- An anxious state may feel fragmented, tight, or scattered.
- A joyful state often feels warm, effervescent, or radiant.
These states don’t just live inside your body—they ripple through your energy field like subtle weather patterns. And just like the sky, your field changes throughout the day depending on sleep, environment, thoughts, nutrition, movement, and energy interactions.
What Do We Mean by Attention?
Attention is where your inner spotlight shines. What you notice, feel, or focus on directs your energy. For example:
- If your attention is on your breath, your field may settle and expand.
- If your attention is on a conflict, your field may contract or buzz with static.
- If your attention moves to the stars, a child’s laughter, or the stillness of a forest, your field harmonizes with that frequency.
Think of attention as the steering wheel of your subtle vehicle—it doesn’t change who you are, but it radically shapes how your energy expresses.
What Do We Mean by Intention?
Intention is your inner compass. It’s the “why” behind your actions and attention. When intention is clear, kind, or sacred, the geometry of your field becomes coherent—like a crystalline snowflake forming around a vibration.
- If you’re walking into a conversation with the intention to truly listen, your field will arrange to receive.
- If your intention is to protect, your field may anchor and create strength.
- If your intention is to heal, your field becomes attuned to higher-order intelligence within and around you.
Intention doesn’t need to be loud or even verbal. It’s a subtle tone your energy carries—one that the quantum energy field immediately registers.
“Throughout nature we can see patterns, structures, processes and systems that reflect an underlying order of energy dynamics that literally in‑forms the observable universe across all scales.” — Marshall Lefferts, Cosmometry (2019)
Visual Metaphor: You Are a Living Kaleidoscope
Imagine your being like a beautiful kaleidoscope made of light and sacred geometry. As your internal state, attention, and intention shift, so does the symmetry, color, and clarity of your expression. You don’t need to “fix” your geometry—just be in compassionate presence with it, and it naturally adjusts.
The Star Tetrahedron at the Belly Center
While the heart is a radiant amplifier, the lower belly is known across ancient traditions as a cradle of life-force—hara, dantian, womb-space. When the star tetrahedron appears here, it symbolizes the grounding of cosmic light into physical vitality. This is where intention becomes action, and spirit meets form. Energy is not fixed—it flows where needed, felt, and welcomed.
You are invited here into a non-rigid, multidimensional understanding of energy bodies—emphasizing that these structures are fluid, intuitive, and layered (and definitely not locked into a singular size or location).

You Are a Field of Fields
Multidimensionality doesn’t mean floating off into the ether. It means recognizing that there is complexity to your being-ness:
- You exist inwardly, not just outwardly.
- You relate non-locally, not just through linear action.
- You evolve holographically, not just step-by-step.
Think of yourself as a prism: when the light of Essence shines through you, it radiates in many directions—through your thoughts, your emotions, relationships, and dreams.
Try This:
Take a moment to breathe and visualize either of these energy geometries within you.
Ask yourself:
Where do you feel the star tetrahedron most strongly today—in your belly, heart, or somewhere else entirely?
If my energy is a language, what is it saying to the field today?
Why This Matters
- When you attune to these shapes—not as rigid forms but as living geometries—you begin to sense the vastness of your being.
- You’re not just a person walking through time and space. You’re a nested resonance structure—a multidimensional presence participating in the infinite intelligence of the cosmos.
- These nested shapes help explain how you can access guidance, coherence, and vitality beyond the limits of physical form.
Science Whispers: You Are Already Multidimensional
William Brown (Resonance Science Foundation and The International Space Federation):
- Proposes that our biological systems are quantum-coherent, resonating with the vacuum field (zero-point energy).
- The body is not just matter—but a tuning instrument attuned to nested fields.
Nassim Haramein (Resonance Science Foundation and The International Space Federation):
- Describes spacetime as a fractal-holographic field—nested, toroidal, and alive.
- Reality is not a flat surface—it’s layered, curved, and entangled.
David Bohm (Renowned 20th Century Physicist) :
- Introduced the concept of the Implicate Order—a deeper field where everything is enfolded and accessible.
These models suggest: You are not a static particle in space—you are a resonant node in an infinite sea of consciousness.
Why Isn’t This Mainstream?
Even with mounting evidence, this view remains on the fringe. Why?
- Scientific Paradigms: Western science favors external, repeatable observation. But multidimensionality involves subjective, entangled, and nonlocal effects. How can science evolve without evolving into a higher paradigm of thought?
- Cultural Fears: Exploring consciousness challenges reductionist models—and threatens long-standing institutions built on linear, material assumptions. Is that why our history and biology look different in mainstream educational systems than the way I describe them here?
- Old Models of Self: We’re still taught to see ourselves as machines made of meat, not living fields of light in a conscious cosmos. From childhood, our mental models of ourselves and out world are carefully shaped. When and how can we expand the way we experience life? And after careful consideration, how can we interact with the earth and the cosmos itself deliberately and with familial bonds?
You Are a Field of Fields
Multidimensionality isn’t about leaving the body—it’s about expanding perception to feel more of reality at once.
- You exist inwardly, not just outwardly.
- You relate non-locally, not just linearly.
- You evolve holographically, not just step-by-step.
Think of yourself as a prism: when the light of Source moves through you, it refracts—into thoughts, dreams, sensations, emotions, and visions.
Why This Matters
- Personal Empowerment: You are not helpless. You are a tone generator, shaping resonance in your home, relationships, and community.
- Collective Evolution: When even one person stabilizes in this awareness, the whole field shifts. HeartMath’s global coherence studies suggest one coherent heart supports thousands.
- Planetary Healing: The Earth is a field, too. The more humans access higher vibrational states (coherence, stillness, gratitude), the more Earth harmonizes with those frequencies.
Everyday Multidimensionality
You don’t need visions of angels to live this. You just need to feel the subtle interactivity of the field.
- A parent calming a child through presence, not advice.
- A teacher attuning to the room’s resonance before speaking.
- A stranger silently radiating kindness on the subway.
These aren’t fantasies. They’re frequency transmissions—and they change the world.
Echoes from the Past
Throughout time, multidimensionality was normal—not mystical.
- Hildegard of Bingen: Accessed celestial geometries and prophetic visions through music and inner light.
- Nikola Tesla: Spoke of “non-physical beings” and receiving ideas from higher dimensional sources.
- Indigenous Peoples: Across continents, people dreamed the world into being—navigating via dreams, omens, synchronicity, and songlines.
Nested Time & Space
Multidimensionality asks us to reimagine time.
Time is more than a river—it’s a spiral of potential.
And space is more than physical distance—it’s a field of resonance.
In meditation, dreams, or love—we’ve all experienced time stretching or collapsing. It can be perceived as illusion—yet it’s field-level perception.
As we refine our inner state, we step into realities that operate beyond the linear constraints of 3D space-time.
Consciousness: The Fabric of All Realities
From a multidimensional lens, Consciousness is the field itself.
- It’s more than in your head—it’s what your head, your thoughts, and your mind float in.
- Your awareness is more than a private space—it’s part of a greater coherence.
Every thought, tone (signal), and presence you emit ripples into this living ocean—and comes back amplified.
You don’t access multidimensionality by trying harder. More effort doesn't work. You just tune in more quietly.
What Does It Mean to “Tune In More Quietly”?
To “tune in more quietly” means to shift out of the noisy, effortful mental push—and into a receptive state of gentle awareness. It’s about becoming available to what is already present. It’s a relief to not have to do more or struggle your way into the present moment.
It’s how you notice the subtle warmth in your chest when a friend smiles… or how the air feels different just before a storm arrives. It’s the stillness behind the noise.
Everyday Examples:
- Instead of trying to meditate “right,” sit comfortably and let your breath move like wind through an open window. Don’t force quiet—feel it arriving as you soften into presence.
- When listening to a loved one, try pausing for one full breath before responding. Let yourself feel their tone, not just their words. This attunes you to their frequency—not just their information.
- When walking in nature, bring awareness to one subtle thing: the movement of leaves, the sound of your footsteps, or the way light filters through branches. You’re not analyzing—you’re merging.
- In moments of decision or overwhelm, place one hand on your belly, another on your heart, and just ask: “What is true for me in this moment?” Then listen—beyond thoughts, and into sensations. This is tuning inward.
Why It Works (and Why It Matters)
The multidimensional field isn’t far away—it’s subtle. So when we get quieter, more spacious, and less “mental,” we match the frequency of that subtlety. In field science, coherence arises when two systems begin to synchronize. This happens through resonance. And a moment of stillness can allow for this shift in frequency to happen seamlessly.
So, “tuning in quietly” is how we resonate with deeper dimensions of ourselves and the field.
Try This
Sit in silence for one minute and gently place your attention on the space around you—not on any one object. Just sense the field of space itself. What do you notice? What shifts in your body? In your thoughts? This is you… tuning in more quietly, enjoying silence as an expanded layer of your multidimensional nature.
Journal Prompts
Invite reflection and gentle exploration:
- When have I felt “outside of time”? What was happening?
- If I’d grown up knowing I was multidimensional, how might I see life differently?
- Where in my life do I sense subtle communication from the field—but haven’t trusted it yet?
Practice: “Field Walking”
A simple embodiment exercise:
Walk slowly through nature. With each step, let your boundaries soften.
Invite your awareness to expand—not by doing, but by receiving.
Ask silently: What else is here with me, unseen?Pause. Breathe. Listen. Let the field speak back.
This is multidimensionality—as your deeper way of being with what is.
Final Reflection: You’ve Always Been Multidimensional
You don’t have to go anywhere. You’re already living in layers of light and frequency.
You’ve felt it when you dream.
You’ve known it when time stops in awe.
You’ve sensed it when silence suddenly feels alive. This is your natural state—forgotten, perhaps, but not lost.
And now, you remember.
I am headed for a couple of days at a lodge that I love in Montana. For me, life moves like the creek at the lodge. In its endless motion lies its multidimensional nature as a creek: a source of trout fishing and swimming, a vital part of an eco system, a rejuvenating location, and a whole bunch of swirling H2O molecules.
Like all of us, at its core the creek is pure energy manifesting on endless levels, interacting with the same infinite field of light, frequency, and sound.
On all of the innumerable layers of Reality, something powerful and evolutionary is happening for that amazing creek and for us.
As we conclude the Living a Higher Octave series, I want to thank you for your insights and willingness to enter unknown, unconventional terrain.
May we begin to re-orient and focus our attention on the vastness of our multidimensional selves and our world, and let the ensuing expansion feed our hearts and souls as we co-evolve endlessly together in the quantum energy field of all-that-is.
With love and a gazillion blessings,

P.S. For parents who want to introduce this subject to your children or for those who would like to have a tool for homeschooling, here are activities and playful ways for kids to understand “Multidimensionality” in daily life.
Let’s begin with kids ages 9-12 (and adapt any of these activities for younger children):
“You Are a Multidimensional Explorer”
Core Theme:
You are more than your body. You live in layers of light, awareness, and feeling—and they’re all connected. When you tune in, you can feel these layers and how they ripple through the world around you.
1. “When Time Feels Different” — A Story & Drawing Activity
Inspired by: “When have I felt ‘outside of time’?”
Prompt for Kids:
“Have you ever had a moment where it felt like time stopped? Maybe you were really happy, watching something amazing, or feeling really still inside. Draw or write about that moment. What were you doing? How did it feel inside your body?”
Why it works: This helps them begin to sense their inner dimensional space and how consciousness expands in stillness or joy.
2. “Layers of Me” — A Self-Discovery Sketch
Inspired by: “You’re already living in layers of light and frequency.”
Prompt for Kids:
“Imagine you are made of more than just skin and bones. What if you had invisible layers of light, feeling, and thoughts around you—like a glowing onion or a rainbow cocoon? Can you draw a person with many layers around them and name what those layers feel like? For example: calm, curious, dreamy, silly…

Why it works: It supports emotional literacy and introduces the idea of frequency fields in a personal, intuitive way.
3. “Messages from the Field” — Listening with the Whole Body
Inspired by: “Where in my life do I sense subtle communication from the field?”
Guided Exercise:
Invite children to sit quietly with something from nature (a rock, flower, leaf, or pet) and ask:
“What does this want to tell me? What do I feel in my head, heart, and belly when I just sit and listen?”
Then they can write or draw what came to them.
Why it works: This practice brings awareness to subtle perception and intuition—skills that relate directly to sensing multidimensionality.
4. “If I’d Grown Up Multidimensional” — Imagination Writing Prompt
Inspired by: “If I’d grown up knowing I was multidimensional, how would my world look today?”
Prompt for Kids:
“What would your school be like if everyone knew they were made of light and feeling and dreams and energy? What would you learn about? What kind of teacher would you have? What would you practice in class?”
Why it works: It opens the door for creative exploration of new worldviews—planting seeds of imaginative possibility.
5. Guided Movement Game: “Layers of Light”
Inspired by: Experiencing multidimensionality not by thinking, but through feeling.
Instructions:
- Start standing tall. Imagine your physical body.
- Now imagine a soft bubble of color around you—your emotional layer.
- Now add a layer of sparkly light—your dream and imagination layer.
- Now imagine you’re a shimmering star connected to everything.
Let them move slowly, flowing like light in water. Then pause and ask: “What did it feel like to move as your full self, with visible and invisible layers?”
Why it works: It lets kids embody multidimensionality without needing to explain it.
6. “The Light Inside Your Heart” Introducing the star tetrahedron over the heart to children can be a powerful and accessible way to help them begin exploring sacred geometry and their own energy fields in a playful, age-appropriate way. Here’s a multidimensional teaching and activity:
How to introduce it (spoken or written):
“Inside your chest—right around your heart—there’s more than just a heartbeat. Some people believe there’s a special kind of energy there. It’s shaped like two pyramids touching tip-to-tip. This shape is called a star tetrahedron. It’s part of your ‘light body’—an invisible, bright energy field that helps you feel calm, connected, and safe. You can’t see it with your eyes, but you can feel it with your imagination.”
Visual Activity: Heart Star Geometry —Draw Your Heart Star
Across nature—from the spiral of a seashell to the orbit of a planet—geometry helps us see how energy organizes itself. These patterns aren’t just physical; researchers like Marshall Lefferts describe how invisible geometries may also shape the energy fields around us.
There is a natural, pattern-based foundation underlying the physical layer of reality.
- The Fibonacci sequence and golden ratio in nature
- The torus field as a stable energy pattern seen in both magnets and models of the human field
- The tetrahedron as one of the simplest and most stable 3D forms
The star tetrahedron is an energy pattern—a geometric shape made of two interlocking pyramids. It’s been studied for its beautiful symmetry and balance. Some scientists and thinkers believe it reflects part of the ‘geometry of light’ within us.
You don’t have to believe anything special to appreciate how geometry shows up inside and around the human body. I invite children and adults to trace, color, and feel into these shapes—not because they’re magical, but because they help us understand how structure and flow work together.
The star tetrahedron is just one of many forms that people use to represent balance, motion, and harmony in the invisible energy fields that surround us.
Just like atoms arrange themselves into crystalline shapes—or plants grow in spiral patterns—many believe that our energy fields follow geometric laws. Sacred geometry is a way of exploring those patterns.
Think of sacred geometry as a tool: like a compass for the invisible parts of life. You’re being invited to wonder. What if your body and energy field are made of geometric patterns too? What might those patterns look like? How might they help you feel more calm, connected, and creative?
The star tetrahedron is a shape that’s found in many explorations of sacred geometry. It’s made of two pyramids facing opposite directions and interlocking at their centers. Some scientists and artists believe this shape reflects the way energy moves in and out of the human body—especially near the heart.
You can use it to help you feel into the invisible layers of who you are—and how your presence sends a signal into the world.
Supplies: Paper, compass or template, pencil, ruler, colored pencils or crayons
Instructions:
- Draw two overlapping triangles (one pointing up, one pointing down) to make the basic geometry of the star tetrahedron.
- Let the center of the star rest over the heart of a simple body outline (they can draw or you can provide).
- Invite them to color each triangle differently—maybe one represents “stillness” and one represents “action.” Or “Earth” and “Sky.”
Around the geometric pattern and body outline they can add stars, words, or symbols that make them feel strong, peaceful, and loving.
Embodiment Practice: “Feel Your Heart Star”
Simple Guidance (spoken aloud or written):
“Place your hands over your heart. Take a slow, deep breath. Now imagine a star shape glowing inside your chest. Feel how big it is—can it grow? Can it shine colors? What does it feel like when it spins or becomes still? You don’t have to see it. Just feel what happens when you think about it.”
Reflection Questions
- What did your Heart Star feel like today?
- What colors or shapes did you feel while imagining it?
- How do you think connecting with your Heart Star helps you in real life?
7. “What Is a Torus?”
Simple Definition:
A torus is a geometric shape that looks like a donut or a spinning ring. But it’s also a dynamic energy pattern found everywhere in nature—from galaxies to apples to the electromagnetic field around your heart.
Metaphors to Make It Relatable
- Donut of Energy: Imagine a donut made of invisible energy that flows in through the top of your head, loops around your body, and comes out the bottom—then flows back in again.
- Breathing Ocean: The torus field is like an ocean that breathes—moving in and out in a continuous loop of life force.
- Apple Shape: If you cut an apple in half from top to bottom, you can see the torus shape inside!
Where We Find the Torus in Real Life
- The heart’s electromagnetic field (as studied by HeartMath)
- Earth’s magnetic field
- The shape of a magnetic field around a bar magnet
- Patterns in sunflower heads and pinecones
- Water spiraling down a drain (vortex motion!)

“Now picture light gently flowing around you in this torus shape. Let the energy flow through your head and into you heart where it pauses and swirls out to your feet, and returns to your head to continue this cycle of movement. That’s your torus field. It’s like a hug of energy around your whole body. Breathe naturally. You are safe, glowing, and feeling your own amazing, powerful energy. The same invisible pattern is animating stars and planets in the cosmos. Is that cool or what?!”
A Gentle Reminder
There is no right or wrong way to do these activities. What matters most is how your child feels while engaging with them. Let them know that the world is boundless, fun, and full of wonder.
Thank you for taking the time to share with your children the unseen (yet real) world in which we co-exist. Invisible geometries underly Reality. It’s fun to discover their role in our bodies and the entire cosmos.
You and your amazing children inspire me. May we feel the joy of being human within an invisible world of complexity and majesty. And may we engage with ourselves and our world from a deeper, more conscious awareness of the energetic field in and around us.
With endless love,
Lee Kemter
